Sage Center of Wholeness and Health

the filling station logo etcWow! My last blog post was in June! I can’t believe that it has been over three and a half months since I last shared with you. With my new life choice of working full time as a pet supply store manager in Tigard, Oregon, I have not had the same amount of time to write or offer my spiritual services.

I love helping people and their animal friends with nutrition, natural health remedies and positive reinforcement training at The Filling Station Pet Supplies store. I am grateful to have this opportunity in a public, retail setting. However, it is not what I see as the foundation of what I do.

We, animals and humans are spirit. We are souls; spiritual beings. We have bodies, which are our homes on earth. Our bodies are our vessels. Our temples in which to manifest through as spirit. During a session, my first step is seeing the truth. Looking at the energy of relationships and situations. The energy is the truth underneath the words, emotions, egos, facades and behavior. Following a session, I go in whatever direction is needed. Often a psychic reading and energy healing provide enough insight and information for clients to move forward. If additional support is needed, we may look more closely at diet, ways to reduce stress or give positive reinforcement training tips. I also offer meditation instruction, counseling and pet loss support with guided meditation and animal communication. Yes! You can more consciously communicate with your companion animals too!

SageCenterLogo1-e1432847940520Now that I have relocated to Oregon, I felt it was time to find a place to offer meditation classes, group guided meditations, animal communication presentations, pet loss support groups and one-on-one sessions. The place I found is the Sage Center for Wholeness and Health in lovely downtown, Beaverton, Oregon. There I will be able to offer readings, classes, presentations and support groups. I am going to plan an open house before the end of the year for people to visit and meet me. I will post specifics, including the date once it is chosen and secured.

zen garden with massage stones and waterlilyIn addition to my in person work, I will continue to offer my long distance services remotely. Animal communication sessions, energy healings, readings, nutrition consultations, positive reinforcement training, pet loss support and recorded, guided meditations through my Wild and Tame Meditation Club are all available for anyone and everyone anywhere throughout the year. While I am planning on eventually getting a 503 area code, Portland, Oregon phone number, I am going to still keep my San Diego, California number of 619-797-0705. You can also reach me via email at sindi@apetpsychic.com.

If you would like more information or to receive my free email newsletter, I just need your name and email address. Thank you for reading! Have a Wild and Tame day!

I got the job!

I look forward to continuing my work with animals and their people in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.

I look forward to continuing my work with animals and their people in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.

Long story short… I got the job! Okay. So you may not have known that I was up for a specific job, but I was and I am over the top excited that I got it!

Now for the long story, for those that enjoy details and especially those that believe, like me that everything happens for a reason and other woo-woo perspectives. 😉 It also is a great example of being in the present moment and going with the flow. What helped me to do both of those things was using the simple, powerful meditative, visualization technique of grounding!

I visited the most beautiful rest area I have ever seen just north of Grants Pass, Oregon.

I visited the most beautiful rest area I have ever seen just north of Grants Pass, Oregon.

Monday, May 25 – I crossed the border from California into Oregon. As I enjoyed the lush green trees, I kept saying to myself, “I could live here!” My actual destination was Washington State, which I loved and still love. Washington is where I lived the majority of my life. However, when I arrived at my friend’s house in Beaverton, Oregon, where I was planning to stay for just a couple of days, I decided that I should look into the possibility of living in the area, instead of continuing on to Washington. That night I looked on craigslist for job possibilities. I saw a number of jobs that I felt I might be qualified for. However, it was one job in particular that got my attention! I was very excited and felt motivated to move forward with applying.

Another beautiful site at the rest area just north of Grants Pass, Oregon.

Another beautiful sight at the well kept rest area just north of Grants Pass, Oregon.

Tuesday, May 26 – I wrote a personalized cover letter, specifically for that one position. I attached my resume and applied for that one job and only that one job. The job that I felt was made for me and perhaps was the reason I had ended up in Beaverton, Oregon.

Wednesday, May 27 – I received a phone call from the owner of the store, wanting to schedule an interview with me. Of course I said yes! It was scheduled for the following Monday.

Me and my loyal companion, Rock taking in the sights in Oregon.

Me and my loyal companion, Rock taking in the sights in Oregon.

Monday, June 1 – What a great way to start a new month, with an interview for a job I could not believe was available in the area where I was staying and the week that I had arrived! I interviewed with three animal loving people and felt that all went well, though it can be hard to tell with interviews. I decided to remain optimistic.

Tuesday, June 2 – I was called for a second interview, which was scheduled for Thursday.

Thursday, June 4 – I felt that the second interview went great. The four of us seemed like a great match! But you never know for sure and interviews can always bring up insecurities and doubt. I did my best to stay in the present moment, have faith and allow whatever was meant to be and was most beneficial to just happen. I emailed my references, as requested and then sent a thank you card to the store owner.

So excited that we will be carrying Answers Raw Goat's Milk for cats and dogs!

We will be carrying Answers Raw Goat’s Milk for cats & dogs at our store in Tigard, OR! Yay!

Tuesday, June 9 – I received a call offering me the job! The owner went over the details and I again, of course, said YES!!! I am going to be the store manager for a brand new pet supply store opening in July. It is located in Tigard, Oregon, which is less than ten minutes from where I am currently staying in Beaverton!! Coincidence? No such thing!! Did I mention that I am over the top excited?!

Wednesday, June 10 – I started my role, by helping with the interviewing process to select our retail staff. We will be doing more of that next week. Woo hoo!

So in case you were wondering, I definitely will be staying in Oregon. I will still be teaching continuing education classes in Centralia, WA in July and August at Centralia College. The commute isn’t too far. I’m sure I’ll be making other visits to Washington too, so I hope to see some of you reading this later this year!! Yay! P.S. My classes are on page five of the course catalog that can be found on this link.

Please Note: I will still be offering private, long distance animal communication sessions and readings and nutrition consultations and holistic pet care sessions. I will be doing in person appointments in Beaverton, Tigard, Gresham, Aloha, Lake Oswego, Newberg, Hillsboro, Salem and Portland, Oregon and surrounding areas, including Camas, Salmon Creek, Minnehaha and Vancouver, Washington. Remember I’ll be traveling to Centralia, WA once a week starting on July 25th too! I will also be visiting Chehalis, Olympia, Federal Way, Tacoma, Everett and Seattle, Washington and adjacent cities soon.

P.S. If you or someone you know happens to be in the Tigard/Beaverton/Portland area, I hope to see you/them at the store in July or after! I’ll keep you posted, as things unfold. Thank you for reading the long version of my story!

On the Road Again!

Rock's first golf cart ride!

Rock’s first golf cart ride! Neither one of us actually drove. Just posing! We were grateful passengers.

The first weekend of May, I was invited to stay at the Barbara Worth Resort and Country Club to participate in an event with the Humane Society of Imperial County. The resort is in Holtville, CA, near El Centro. I offered one on one animal communication readings to guests.

Since it was a pet-friendly venue, I was able to take Rock with me. It was a pre-trip trip! I say that because last Thursday, May 21st, we left on another leg of our journey. We traveled up through California and then into Oregon.
My intention was to continue on to Washington State because I loved it so much when I lived there previously. However, the theme of 2015 for me has been to be in the present moment and go with the flow. This approach has served me well, so I am planning on continuing to do this. Forever! In keeping with that, just like the abundant trees, I have decided to plant my roots in Oregon!
Trees, trees, glorious trees! Just one of the many reasons I love the Pacific Northwest. Love the green of Oregon and Washington!

Trees, trees, glorious trees! Just one of the many reasons I love the Pacific Northwest. Love the green of Oregon and Washington!

It is not only beautiful here, but the people are friendly and it just feels right! With the exception of wanting to move to the beautiful Oregon Coast, I have never seriously considered moving to Oregon because I loved Washington state and its beauty when I lived there. The memory of my love of Washington has stayed with me for years!

So here I sit in beautiful, green and very different from what I have become used to, Oregon. I’m in the lovely Beaverton area, near Portland and Tigard. I love the name Tigard. It reminds me of my tigers, which I love! I am looking for a job here. I will continue to offer my services on the side. As always, I provide long distance services for anyone anywhere. Including my brand new change your life and feel better service… my Wild and Tame Meditation Club!!
To help our busy world to relax and take time for themselves, I have found a way to teach meditation without requiring a certain time commitment. In fact, you don’t even have to leave your own home! It’s like having a teacher at your beckon call without giving up an ounce of privacy!
Beginning on June 2nd, I will be sending out weekly recordings. One emailed, audio will be instructional, focusing on one specific meditation technique. The second will be a guided meditation incorporating that week’s technique, as well as many others. Take the stress out of meditating! Do it on your time schedule, at your place and pace. I hope you decide to Join The Club!
Contact Sindi at 619-797-0705 or sindi@apetpsychic.com for more information about the Wild and Tame Meditation Club or any other services she offers. Follow your passion. Just say no to limits and have a Wild and Tame Day!

Psychic Readings

During a reading there is always physical space between us. This also assists with the energetic space.

During a psychic reading there is always physical space between us. This also assists with the energetic or spiritual space, which allows for clearer communication.

While, like with any word, you may find multiple definitions, psychic means, “of the soul” or “spirit.” This is the definition that best describes my relationship to the word and what I do. A psychic reading by me is a reading of the soul. It is a reading by me, as spirit. Me, the spiritual being.

Another way to describe what I do is in terms of energy. Even physicists agree that everything is energy. Our emotions, opinions, likes, dislikes, experiences and memories are all stored within us, as energy. Although our thoughts are also energy, I don’t claim to read minds. Instead, I read energy. So although I can tune into your thoughts, it is from a spiritual, instead of an intellectual perspective.

I don’t “figure out” what you are thinking, feeling or going through. I use my spiritual ability of clairvoyance to “see” what is going on. Clairvoyance is “clear seeing” or the ability to see clearly. It is our spiritual ability of seeing or “reading” energy. Clairvoyance is an ability that we all have an use, whether we acknowledge it as such or not. Other spiritual abilities that I have developed and use include my ability to communicate telepathically and feel energy with my hands. These are characteristics that we all have also. We don’t live in a world that, as a whole, validates or encourages these abilities. Because of this, we tend to explain these experiences as other things, such as coincidence, our imagination or they are simply left as unexplained weirdness or phenomena. They can also lead to fear for our bodies because spiritual or psychic experiences can be difficult to intellectually comprehend. Though our body and capable brains may try! Hollywood cinema has done a good job of attaching fear to spiritual abilities and psychic happenings through its presentation in scary movies. Writers, such as, Stephen King, have contributed here also.

While clairvoyance is seeing energy, telepathic communication is “hearing” energy. It is non-verbal, non-physically audible communication. While I “hear” words, I actually am “hearing” energy that I interpret into words. I speak English, so I interpret energy into English so that it makes sense to my body and I can then share the information with you. However, energy can be interpreted into any language.

Here I am giving Wyn a non-touch aura healing. It is an energy cleansing. It helps to cleanse your energy channels and chakras, which does impact the body and how it feels. I like to think of it, as a spiritual massage!

Here I am giving Wyn a non-touch aura healing. It is an energy cleansing. It helps to cleanse your energy channels and chakras, which does impact the body and how it feels. I like to think of it, as a spiritual massage!

In addition to seeing and hearing energy, I “feel” energy. I feel energy with my hands while I am giving someone an aura healing, female healing or head channel cleansing. I feel energy when I am doing any type of healing with my hands. Clairsentience is the ability to feel or sense others’ emotions or feelings. While I have this ability, clearer communication and interpretation occurs when I use my clairvoyance to determine what another is feeling. It allows for each to have their own space vs. merging, which can lead to overwhelm, confusion, irritation and fatigue.

Now days, I am most known for my work with animals. However, I started my reading, healing and communication work with people. It was my love of animals that motivated me to make them a formal part of my practice. I now work not only with pets, but also farm animals and wild animals in and out of captivity. I also read people with and without animals in their life. Although I don’t generally use the term, “medium” to describe myself, I do read the energy of and telepathically communicate with souls that have passed on. Yes. I see dead people.

If you are interested in my services, either in person or long distance, I can be reached by calling 619-797-0705 or by email at sindi@petpsychic.com. I also practice and teach meditation. If you are interested in learning easy to use (anyone can meditate!) visualization techniques to help you relax, rejuvenate, improve your sleep, reduce stress and consciously change your life, I can help!  Ask me about my Meditation Club, which provides instruction and support, as you journey through life. Enjoy!

I Love Seattle!

Anyone that knows me knows how much I love Seattle! Not just Seattle, but Western Washington in general. Although an abundant list of important learning and lessons have come my way while living in San Diego, I often missed certain things about Washington. Number one being the lush greenery a.k.a. TREES!

washington with river and falls

The beauty of Washington State includes, lush green trees and water galore!

In addition to the green beauty, there are rivers, waterfalls, creeks, snow capped mountains, the blue waters of Puget Sound, wildlife and just all around loveliness!

I have had the joyous privilege of seeing some of the most beautiful landscapes the earth has to offer. Many in person. Others in photographs and videos. However, I definitely haven’t seen them all! There are so many breathtaking sights in nature and there is nothing like taking them in up close and personal.

I love Mother Earth! The form of meditation that I practice and teach helps me and others to be more in touch with the Earth. This includes the easy to use, but powerful, meditative visualization technique of grounding.

Snow capped mountains add to the beautiful green scenery.

Snowy mountains add to the beautiful green scenery.

Grounding is the foundation of all that I do. Similar to how roots are the foundation of trees. Roots ground the tree, giving it stability and strength. It is the roots that allow trees to live. Roots provide trees with the capacity to absorb water through their entire growing body. Roots help trees and other plants to flourish. Grounding can help you and your body in the same way!

When in doubt, literally and figuratively, I ground! The other day, I was having a tough time. I was upset and having a hard time talking myself out of it. Ever have one of those moments?! 😉 Anyway, I sat down to meditate. I grounded and then began to use additional techniques including, centering, releasing energy, running energy and more! I felt a little better, but still was feeling overwhelmed and extremely emotional. It wasn’t until I slowed down enough to just focus on my grounding that I began to feel better. In fact, I felt instantly better with this sole focus.

Mount Ranier is a beautiful sight indeed!

Mount Ranier is a beautiful sight indeed!

We have such a busy world and have become so used to doing more, more and then still more! Our plates are beyond full and our capacity for multitasking is truly amazing. We are capable of doing so much that it is easy to get swept up in the complexity of doing. As I sat there meditating and adding technique upon technique upon technique, I was trying to do more to solve my problems. As our society gains technological advancements, the concept that more is better seems confirmed. So instead of taking the time to gently and calmly experience each individual, beneficial technique I hurriedly tried to feel better by making my simple meditation complex. I wanted to get out of where I was and tried digging myself out by piling more on!

One of the most beautiful skylines in the world. In my opinion. ;-)

One of the most beautiful skylines in the world, in my opinion. 😉

Slowing down to ground and focus exclusively on my grounding was the secret. How often are we trying to be more productive, successful and achieve more? By doing and doing and doing, we certainly can accomplish. However, when we take the time to slow down instead of using our time to speed up and spread ourselves out into multiple places, we actually can complete more. We can do so with less stress and frantic feelings and more peace and a sense of fulfillment. And even joy! We can have fun while we do! Doing can be fun and I have found that doing less often is more effective and doing “nothing” is sometimes essential.

If you would like to learn more about grounding and how it can assist you and your body, call me at 619-797-0705 or email me at sindi@apetpsychic.com. Enjoy!

Whole Foods Market

Enjoying a rainy day in "sunny" Arizona with my skilled napping buddy. ;-)

Enjoying a rainy day in “sunny” Arizona with my skilled napping buddy. 😉

Today is a rainy, and therefore a relaxing Monday following a day off for me and Rock on Sunday. Downtime is important. We need to allow the body time to rest and rejuvenate.

Meditation is a wonderful way to take time for yourself. Sleep is also important. Meditation assists with our healing process, as does sleep. I enjoy both.

I also enjoy warm beverages on cold days. So today I will be going to Starbucks to cash in on my free birthday drink. Starbucks has coconut milk available now. I tried it in a hot chocolate and it was so delicious! I’m thinking in that direction again today, although a coconut milk Mocha sounds pretty  amazing too. Hmmmm…

Starbucks now offers a delicious coconut milk option!

Starbucks now offers a delicious coconut milk option! I love it!

Another new thing I’m excited about is that I will be doing my first ever event at Whole Foods Market! If you aren’t familiar with Whole Foods, it is a natural, health focused grocery store chain. They have abundant organic items, including beautiful produce. I love their tasty, fresh deli items too! It is easy to walk out of there with a more than initially intended because everything looks so good!

My Holistic Pet Care and Animal Communication presentation and demonstration will be on Wednesday, March 11 at 6:00 PM. It’s FREE and open to the public. With the exception of certified service animals, this event is for humans only.

Just as fresh food does our bodies good, the same is for our animal friends. Choosing a species appropriate diet in the freshest form possible will provide great benefits!

Ancient Mystery School Meditation

There are many forms of meditation. Enjoying nature is one of them!

There are many forms of meditation. Enjoying nature is one of them!

When I was a frustrated, depressed and very angry teenager, it was meditation that saved me. At the ripe old age of 18 years old, it was meditation that helped me to move from a place of apathy, fatigue and depression to an energetic space of optimism and enthusiasm. I began to experience life differently. I was an extremely shy, fearful child, which led to continued shyness and fear, as an insecure teen.

When I enrolled in an eight week beginning meditation class, I was nonchalant about my decision. I had absolutely no idea that that class would change my life forever. In retrospect, it was that Meditation I class that gave me hope. It got me back in touch with myself as spirit. I actually saw myself, as spirit consciously for the first time that I could remember. I had an awareness of myself and other spirits when I was a child. Although I was still aware there was something more than what I physically saw, it was difficult to access under a heavy cloak of misery.

As a spiritual being with a physical body here on Earth, I had collected pain, doubt, shame and feelings of worthlessness. So that moment in my Meditation I class is a memory that changed me and my life forever. There were only two of us students that were in the class. If you put on events or teach classes, remember that no matter how few or how many attend, you can make a difference!

Meditation has helped me and continues to help me in all aspects of my life.

Meditation has helped me and continues to help me in all aspects of my life.

I am forever grateful to all of my many teachers at the CDM Spiritual Center in Everett, Washington that I had over the years that followed that initial class. The simple, powerful, meditative, visualization techniques that they teach, and I now share too, are the foundation of all that I do. They are tools that can help you to change your mood, increase your vitality and self esteem and improve your overall well being. You CAN change your life with meditation! I did and continue to heal and grow with the help of these techniques.

People often ask what type of meditation I practice. They want a name. One of my students deemed it Sindi Meditation. Haha! While it isn’t Sindi Meditation and may not have a formal name, I have given it different labels at times. Energy Meditation, Psychic Meditation, Self Healing Meditation, Spirit Body Meditation, Body Soul Meditation, CDM Meditation and I just thought of this one: Ancient Mystery School Meditation!

Why that name? These easy to use, powerful, life changing meditation techniques are ancient! Often information categorized within the group of metaphysical teachings are labeled New Age. The techniques that I share and practice are not New Age because they are not new! They have been on the planet for a very long time, including the ancient mystery schools where Jesus studied. Yes… that Jesus!

Speaking of Jesus the Christ, if you want clearer communication with him, as well as yourself, God and other spiritual teachers, including Buddha, meditation is the way! The form of meditation that I teach and practice helps spirit and body to work more in harmony. You can more consciously create your life and manifest yourself and your unique energy using this style of meditation. For me, meditation is not about escaping or not feeling. It is about more consciously experiencing and creating your life. Whether you consider yourself spiritual and not religious, or a Christian, Buddhist, Christian Scientist, Catholic, Mormon, Hindu, Muslim,Taoist or have chosen another spiritual focus, or none at all, you can benefit from meditation. Regardless of our beliefs, we are all spirit in physical bodies. We can learn how to reduce stress, improve sleep, change habits and have more fun, by taking time for ourselves. If you do not believe in God and the spiritual realm, are Agnostic or Atheist, you don’t have to miss out!! Even physicists agree that everything is energy! If you prefer a scientific, instead of a spiritual focus, simply validate your great ability to acknowledge, release and change your energy! Everyone can do this. So why not…. go forth and meditate!

Whether as an individual or with a group, meditation can be a fun, rejuvenating activity in your life!

Whether as an individual or with a group, meditation can be a fun, rejuvenating activity in your life!

Birth and Death

waves at sunset

Life is full of change, similar to the changes that occur each time a new set of waves flow on and off the sandy shore.

Today my friend’s father died at 5:45 AM. Today also happens to be my birthday. This is the day I was born, oh so many years ago. My friend and I will always remember the date, February 26, but for different reasons.

Birth and death are both transitional experiences. With birth, the soul transitions into the body and the earth plane. In death, the soul permanently leaves its particular body and transitions back into the spiritual realm.

dog with chin on stuffed animal

While we can look at physical, scientific and medical reasons why a body lives or dies, it is actually the soul that determines this difference. It is the soul and its energetic presence that gives the body life. It is the departure of this same being that creates the experience of death.

Adjusting to a new life, whether our own or an addition to our own, as with the birth of a child, takes time. Processing the occurance of death also takes time. It is important to allow our body the time to process, reflect and grieve. There are a number of emotions one might experience related to a death; grief, sadness, depression, anger, guilt.

Bodies feel. They experience pain, sadness, grief, as well as lighter emotions, such as joy.

Bodies feel. They experience pain, sadness, grief, as well as lighter emotions, such as joy.

Our reaction to each death experience may have similarities, but also differences. Depending on our relationship with the soul that has passed, the intensity of our emotional response may differ. If you are a close relative, friend or caregiver, for example. These particular roles may evoke different feelings than those of a casual acquaintance, Facebook friend or stranger. If you are both a family member and the caregiver, there will be a unique intensity all its own.

Caring for a loved one at the end of their life can be emotional, exhausting and overwhelming. Watching someone die or approach death can be stressful and painful, especially if suffering is involved. Because of these intense feelings their may be a sense of relief after they pass. This may be followed by guilt, due to judgment.

If we can allow our body its complete range of emotions without judgment, we can more easily move through the grieving process. Or any experience, for that matter. When we judge, fight, resist or deny our emotions, we can get stuck. This can interfere with us reaching a place of acceptance. It can take us longer to reach a place of peace with a death.

Saying goodbye to Ginger was one of the hardest things I have ever had to do. Dealing with death can be a challenge for those left living.

Saying goodbye to beautiful, loving Ginger was one of the hardest things I have ever had to do. Dealing with death can be a challenge for those left living. But we can do it! Allow the time and space for your healing. Be gentle and kind to yourself.

Because of my personal experiences with death and the benefit others can be to us during a time of loss, I offer help in this area. I work with both animals and people providing one on one and group grief counseling, energy healing, psychic reading and telepathic communication with the soul that has passed. Individual and group pet loss support and assistance with end of life decisions may also include guided meditation and other services.

If you or someone you know are struggling with loss, grief, pain, depression, stress, fear or anxiety related to death or any aspect of life’s many experiences, I can help! Through energy healing, psychic reading, talking and meditating, you can regain a more neutral, non-judgmental perspective of yourself, your emotions and others.

Arizona Desert Wildlife

At the beginning of one of our morning walks the air smelled like skunk. The smell seemed to dissapate, as we continued on, so I forgot about it.

A Rock Walk. ;-)

A walk with Rock is always an adventure. 🙂

Rock loves his walks. He has a lot of energy and a curious Retriever nose, disguised in a Chihuahua body. So he sniffed and I looked. He enjoyed the smells while I rejoiced in the sights of the desert with trees a.k.a. Prescott, Arizona.

We have had fun exploring and I like Rock’s curiosity and sense of adventure. We were walking on a path lined with trees. Over to the left I heard a noise and saw something move. I actually thought it was a trash bag blowing in the wind for some reason. It wasn’t. Haha! Nor was it a skunk. It was a Javelina also known as a Peccary or Skunk Pig, hence the odor I smelled earlier.

There were actually two of them. Rock saw them too and surprisingly didn’t bark. In fact I found it interesting and was surprised he wasn’t more reactive. However, I could tell he was mainly trying to figure out what in the heck these things were! He huffed a few times, stared at them and changed positions, but didn’t agress towards them. I’m sure what helped is that they were calm and although they looked at us for a moment, they went right back to foraging for food. They weren’t interested or concerned about us.

A Peccary at night, courtesy of MorgueFile.com. I love you Morgue File photographers!!!

Someone had told me about there existence in Arizona, so I had heard about them before. I forgot about them until that moment though. I had been told that they can be aggressive and mean, so I was watching them with caution, waiting to see if they would charge us, but again they were not threatened by us being there. I love seeing animals in their natural habitat. It makes me so happy! After several moments of this live Natural Geographic documentary, Rock wanted to leave. So we did. I would have liked to have snapped photos, but my phone battery was out of juice. I have included two photos in this post that I was able to download from MorgueFile.com. It is an awesome website with a great selection of beautiful stock photos available for FREE, with some restrictions. I have been using them for years. Photos may have varying use criteria, so be sure and read and abide by their guidlines. Here’s a link to MorgueFile.com.

I was over the top excited to see these two Javelinas and wanted to learn more about them. I was able to thanks to Google! Here’s a Wikipedia article about these wild pig like creatures if you would like to learn more. Plus another photo!
